Are you our new shining star?
As an Account Manager Trainee, you work on your own sales prospects and use our CRM system to support customers in streamlining their operations and improving their profitability. Don’t worry, we will provide you with all the training you might need in order to succeed. Other than learning all you need to know about Lime and our culture, you will become a pro when it comes to sales techniques, our products, the sales process and negotiation skills.
Once you have that, you will manage the entire sales process; everything from the initial contact to negotiations and contract preparations as well as nurturing your existing customers.
Working with sales at Lime is an exciting mix of business development, project management and complex sales activities – at a fast pace.
We think that you:
- Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, IT, engineering or similar. (You can apply for the trainee program during your last year of studies and up to two years after your completed degree)
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset and feel total excitement about starting up Lime on the Dutch market
- Have persistence & Grit
- Are passionate about creating growth and eager to learn from scratch
- Are enthusiastic and committed
- Are fluent in Dutch and English
More about the trainee program
With our European Trainee Program, we promise you a unique opportunity to kick start your career as a graduate. With a solid training program, together with challenging projects, we guarantee a steep learning curve.
The trainee program kicks off with four weeks at our HQ in Lund, Sweden. Together with all new trainees from our different offices, you will get intense training and education as well as plenty of time for teambuilding and having fun. After the intro period, you head back to your local office and start working hands-on with everything you have learned. Throughout the year, you will catch up with the trainee group, have some more training and a fun trip to a secret European city. This to celebrate that you have survived your first year, and that you now are a full-blown Account Manager at Lime!
