Looking for a business development challenge?

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Lime, you will help our customers grow, develop, and get the most out of their CRM investment. Our mission is to become Sweden’s best CSM team.

On a daily basis, you are strengthening customer relationships, and creating increased value through additional sales. By assisting our customers in getting the most “bang for their buck”, and increasing their CRM usage, you ensure long term profitable customer relationships. You work with your own client portfolio and have a great deal of freedom in how you reach your goals.

This position is available on our Swedish offices in Lund, Gothenburg, and Stockholm.


We believe you:

  • Grow through challenges and responsibility
  • Have an interest in IT and tech
  • Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, IT, engineering, or equivalent
  • Have a driver’s license

Naturally, we will provide you with all the training you need in order to succeed. Other than teaching you all you need to know about Lime and our culture, you will also become a pro when it comes to sales techniques, our products, the sales process, and negotiation skills.
