Lime CRM Platform team is an autonomous mid-size team (5-8 ppl) with a mix of mid/ senior level developers (and a few juniors joining us for the Trainee Program in August). Team responsibilities include desktop client optimization and tech renewal plus cloud backend/architecture/monitoring for a highly customizable CRM system, creating high level APIs for internal and external usage and many more challenges that comes with an Enterprise Software solution used daily by thousands of users.


What challenges liee ahead?

We are building a Windows Desktop Team within the Lime CRM Platform Team with the vision of future proofing and optimizing the tech stack of the Lime CRM Desktop Client. Core technologies today are Win32, MFC, ATL, COM in C++, plus UIs in WPF and libraries written in C#.

Are you a developer with deep knowledge in Win32 and MFC, with a passion to learn new technologies as well? Do you have experience in building and architecting complex Windows systems? If so, you might be the right person for this challenge!


What you will do

In this position, you get a chance to:

Work together in a tight team to maintain the existing product, were we own the entire product lifecycle from development to end-user support.
Guide architectural changes enabling shared technologies between the Desktop and Web clients.

Be a role model. Utilize and share your experience within the team.

Make a difference
Investigate, innovate and propose new ideas and technologies. Help define the future architecture for our Desktop product.


Skills and requirements

To be able to do the job well, we believe you:

Are highly familiar with Win32, MFC, ATL, COM, C++, and the likes.
Have a passion about learning new technologies.
Have 5+ years in a professional development position.
Are comfortable working with large Windows system as a developer and architect.
Speak and write English fluently.
Bonus Point rewarded for your strong interest in C#, Python, build systems, or unit testing.
