Kick-start your career with our European Trainee Program! From day one, you’ll tackle exciting challenges with support from a senior mentor. The program begins with two intensive weeks at our HQ in Lund, Sweden, where you’ll receive training, education, and team-building activities. Afterward, you’ll return to your local office to apply your skills hands-on, with continued learning throughout the year.
We have offices in Stockholm, Lund, Gothenburg, Copenhagen, Oslo, Helsinki, Utrecht, and Cologne—and we’re expanding!
